Atlanta

DJ Rob Dinero, DJ Honda and me just came out to Atlana yesterday. We met up with Flex, a friend of ours doing a lot of documentary stuff, and he showed us a little around. We had a tour in the biggest studios out in Atlanta and then also one in the Stakonia Recording Studios (Outkast). After that we went to the BET Awards. It was cool, just a little boring because in between the sequence was nothing going on so you basically were just sitting there and waiting. We are about to go to the studio today with David Banner. Daz is also coming back in town today so we might do something with him too. Photos will follow real soon (maybe tonight).

Damani, a young talent from the west cost just got a deal with Adidas for his own shoe called “Congratulation Playa”. I finally finished the first sample ads for the shoe. Damani just finalised his solo album and is shopping for a deal for it right now. He is also part of west coast group Westurn Union formed by no other than Snoop Dogg. View a preview right here:

MySpace Layouts

I just finished some work on the computer and one of the products was the MySpace page of PMD. There is one more MySpace page I have to do for the Ballin-N-Beats project. I will speak about that a little more once it’s done. Also I have to sort out some photos for T-Parris, for his upcoming DVD.

Make sure you check out PMDs MySpace page @ www.myspace.com/pmdhitsquad

P.M. Shooting

PM stands for Prime Minister and started off with the group Iconz. Now he a solo artist based out in Miami. He made it to New York for a couple days for his video shoot “Bottles in the Air”. I met him in Vegas and my friends DJ Rob Dinero and DJ Honda work with him, so we went out to the video shoot in New York and at the end of the day we set up a photo shooting for the next day. We was trying to bring it back to the old school and take away from all the glamour style and show the world that PM is a true artist. The location the photo shooting took place is DJ Hondas studio in New York. For more pictures make sure you check out my Flickr page.

B-Side Players

The B-Side Players is a group out of California. A friend of mine, photographer Devin DeHaven is working with them a lot, so when they came out to New York for a show Devin connected me with them. I had the honour to travel with them for a whole day around and catch their vibe and do a lot of lifestyle photography. Good part about this was that it wasn’t the rap or hip hop related which I usually shoot, so it was a breath of fresh air and really fun. I just finished editing the photos today, so here are my personal favourite shots.

Thanks again to Devin DeHaven. Also check more photos on my Flickr page.
